I must add something from all the zodiac signs to him, as well as give him his own look.
Anyone want to help or will I just throw together some crap? We shall find out~ X3 -
I'll assume no one gives a f--- and I shall create a repetitive design based an some creature.....so it will be crap XP

Give him a bracelet with charms that are the zodiac signs. :P

he/she could have a kimono made of fish scales as well as the pisces symbol on the back.
wooden sandals, one blue and one pink. these represent gemini.
his favorite food would be crabs to represent cancer.
he would have horns on his head. they would begin swirled up like aries, but would get longer and more straight after a bit like capricorn. this will represent aries and capricorn.
he could have a ring in his nose. this shall represent taurus.
he would have a lions tail, scorpions tail, and horse tail to represent leo, scorpio, and Sagittarius.
along with all of this, his/her personality would always favor the pros and cons of every choice given, the most pros being the deciding factor. this shall represent libra.
he/she can walk on water, symbolizing Aquarius.
lastly, he would have angel wings to represent virgo.
bam, thats all the zodiacs in one character.
as for further ideas, he/she would probably have rainbow colored hair for every zodiac and would have a bow as his weapon of choice to further represent Sagittarius. a muscular build to further represent taurus and a brave personality to represent leo? i dunno, these are all just ideas. i just hope you consider them. ^-^'

would he have an evil twin to represent the chinese zodiac? that'd be pretty bad ass. -

The Chinese zodiacs will be represented by a moon goddess (opposite of the sun god, zodiac) but I haven't gotten into them yet, its hard as is to create a world for the zodiacs. But my bro will help me figure that out~ X3 -

Instead of going all complicated with the concept you could probably just combine one aspect of all of the zodiacs together(ex horns, gills or scales around the next or on the arms, wings, a scorpion tail, etc.)Or they could just look like a normal deity and have the power to morph a part of their body to a separate zodiac aspect as a weapon. Such as a turn one of their arms in to a giant claw like a cancer as a weapon. And all in all they could wear something like this
But maybe gold instead of it being female it could just be genderless and look both like a male and a female and have long angelic hair -
And since tattoos make designs cooler than can maybe have some chinese text printed on their body under the robes
