I'm very happy with my Vaporeon Gijinka, though. I think it's eyes are fine.

I used no reference because apparently using a reference is not cool. -
i use refrences all the time.
refrencing is kewl. unkewl people dont get it so they call it unkewl. -
I'm only dropping in because I noticed the referencing stuff from earlier and you seem to be misinterpreting what Shido is saying
when you reference something so directly that you basically copy the entire picture and you don't mention the original despite not being asked for it, it's theft through lying by omission
the way you're supposed to reference something is to take inspiration rather than actually redrawing the entire thing (which means using the pose or pieces of it rather than actually copying it directly.
References are great, but only if you use them properly. -
sorry if you view that as an attack, I'm just trying to set things straight
your art is nice, and references will make it better
but there's a very fine line between theft and heavy reference.
