I see Weakness being voiced by Jami Marchi before her transformation into a homunculus, and Brina Palencia afterwards. Both have already got parts in FMA, but as far as I can see neither appear in the series for a long period of time. I would've said Monica Rial for after, but she's May Chang so that wouldn't work out as well xD

For Bleach, I would want Katsuro to be voiced by...hmm. Greg Ayres as a child and Todd Haberkorn when older. :3 Those two voices have always been in sync since I watched OHHC.
