Fujimaru. :3 His idea came from Kau. .3.
He was born without vocal cords so he is obviously mute. It's hard for him to communicate because most people don't know sign language and it would take too long to write everything. So making friends for him is hard, no matter where he goes. He really just wants someone he could communicate with, but he doesn't want to go to any special schools, he wants to live normally and he knows his parents have financial troubles as well. He'd feel bad that they'd have to pay extra for him. -

Jeremy~ -
Jeremy is from Canada, and has always had an interest in linguistics. He knows English, French, and Esperanto, and can use sign language. He learned sign language because his dad was deaf for most of his life. He's lived in town for about a year and a half and has usually kept to himself, though he is very nice. He is academically gifted and plays soccer (He also likes hockey but doesn't play much). His dad is a widower, and his mom has been dead for six years from cancer.
