It depends on whose design you see, Italia. Right now, Mexico's official design isn't made. A lot of people don't put him with a stash.
In some designs, he looks just like Spain. Some designs, he has brown hair.
But, stereo-typically, they are wrong. And Hetalia is about the stereotypes. XD -
What I mean by the last comment, was that Mexicans are known to have mustaches. :P
