Carolyn: Well, actually, don't you think that the character isn't based off the government but rather the people? Like Germany isn't an evil nazi b---- just because his "boss" was. You know what I mean?

And Italy's being a baby because he wanted to see Germany but he wasn't here last night. :P It's not his fault. Kaitie keeps him busy with work. xD
