Tasmania creaked open the door, peeking in. Just as she suspected, she was late. She tried sneaking in and being as unnoticable as possible, but ended up crashing into a rather large vase and making quite a scene.
One other thing, she's a giant clutz -
Germany, looking over at the girl as she walked in and sort of interupted his speech about using more alternative energies, just sighed and tried to go on as normal.

Taily was paying basically no attention whatsoever to what Germany said. She played with a flower petal, finding that more interesting.xD
Wy looked up as a girl came in late, and blinked. -
"Sorry." she whispered to those that turned to look, and quickly walked over to an empty seat.

Finishing, Germany decided to hand the floor to America, curious what the young yet powerful nation might have to say. England sat, wondering what he would hear from the lad as well.

America turned out to be asleep so Germany facepalmed and gave the floor to Belarus instead. -

Belarus looked up, and really did'nt have anything to say.
Wy looked at the nation who had walked in, then glanced back at the paintbrush she had in her fingers.
Taily had a total of three petals, and she sorted them repeatedly. -
Tasmania was looking around at all of the other nations, wondering how they possibly could've all fit in the same room.

Germany sighed. "Does anyone have anything to say?" Russia stood up with a happy grin. "Da. I do... is there anymore vodka?" Germany faceplamed, and due to boredom, most nations were starting to talk among themselves.
