Once again, I fell behind in this season's anime, so I haven't finished many of them. Therefore, my ranking will be based off of what I've seen.
Rankings - Spring 2015:
1) Shokugeki no Soma
2) Owari no Seraph
3) Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha ViVid
4) Kekkai Sensen

Awesome Anime Moment - Spring 2015:
There were many amazing moments this season. Mostly in my top three. But the moment I'm choosing for this is from Owari no Seraph.
Owari no Seraph: Episode 10
Timestamp: 21:40 - 21:57 (time is approximate.)
This is the moment that everyone who read the manga (myself included) was looking forward to. I'm not going to spoil what happened in these 17 seconds, but I will say that I was sitting through the last few minutes of the episode chanting, "please happen this episode."
The amount of emotion packed into these 17 seconds was incredible. -
