Anastasia: Movie Quiz
"Anastasia" is a 20th Century Fox classic film that debuted in 1997. It stars Meg Ryan in the title role; John Cusack as Dimitri, a con man and Anastasia's love interest; Christopher Lloyd as Rasputin, the antagonist; Hank Azaria as Bartok, Rasputin's sidekick; Kelsey Grammer as Vladimir, Dimitri's friend; Bernadette Peters as Sophie, the dowager's first cousin; and Angela Lansbury as the Dowager Empress Marie, Anastasia's grandmother.
The movie is loosely based on an urban legend, about the youngest daughter of Czar Nicholas II surviving the execution of the Romanov family. The animation for this film looks Disney-esque, but the movie was created by Don Bluth, who once worked for Disney, but left and formed his own company.
