You were half an hour into the game, he was good. But you were smart too, and right when you thought he would win you saw an opportunity. "Checkmate!" You said happily. L looked surprised, then he smiled. "I've never lost at chess before," He marveled, biting his thumb nail. You smiled back at him. After putting the chess board away you asked if there was anything else he needed. L looked kind of uncomfortable, which was unusual since he rarely showed emotion. "L, are you okay?" You asked putting your hand on his shoulder. Then L leaned forward and kissed you. You were too shocked to speak at first. "Sorry about that, _-chan" He said, looking at the floor. "Don't be." You replied smiling and kissing him again. L smiled back, the rest is up to you.
