The Neverland has six great factions: The Fey, the Beasts, the Deeper, the Grounded, the Lost, and the Pirates. Any (un)fortunate human that finds themselves walking those shores, naturally has an allegiance to one of these.

As you reside on and roam Neverland, you are almost never without your constant companion--a particularly curious pet. What is it?
- A lovely and strange black seabird, with a long sinuous neck, bright black eyes, and wicked claws on its webbed feet. Rumors say it can speak the thoughts of others, but you don't confirm this.
- A very friendly firefly-bat, with soft fur glowing according to its mood, which chitters and whirrs companionably with you. It can entice almost anyone to follow it almost anywhere.
- Less of a pet and more of an ally--the great white Elk who watches over the woods--and you. You're the only one permitted to ride perched on its antlers or on its back.
- A long dark feathered snake who coils with mesmerizing ease through air and water, who can hypnotize the unwary.
- A great grey wolf the color of frost and dusk, loping faithfully beside you. There's never been anything you've sent him after, he hasn't been able to find.
- A mischievous and affectionate sugar glider, who can flit further than seems possible. It often brings you strange valuables from places and people all over existence.
How did you win the trust of your strange animal companion?
- You saved its life, of course. Isn't that how these things work?
- You played games with it whenever you encountered it, spending more and more time with it until it just never left.
- You bested it at its own game of riddles--an annoying habit to most, but you found it charming. And you could guess all the answers.
- You tamed it patiently over the course of months--bringing it food, winning its trust, proving your worth.
- You trapped it--or, you "liberated" it from its past master, who didn't deserve it as much as you did.
- You made a deal with it--you did something for it in return for its service. Now, however, you are inseparable.
It's been a long day exploring the island, and the kind old crone of the glen invites you in for a refreshment. On her table, there are six drinks to choose from. (The crone likes to be accommodating.) You choose:
- The unprepossessing cup carved from jet and set with strange runes, full of a cool ink-black liquid that seems full of starlight.
- The crystal goblet full of hissing, roiling red. You know this is a gift, not a drink--you pour the dread poison in a small vial for later use.
- The beautifully sculpted warm clay mug, full of nourishing tea from all the most pleasant-tasting, calming herbs and leaves the island has to offer.
- The beach-glass cup, semi-transparent, where you can see the cheerful clear drink fizzing within. It smells like wind and rain and something to look forward to.
- The intoxicating quicksilver-sunset liquid in the filigree espresso cup, both from the Lost Forest.
- Is--is that blood, in that hewn stone bowl? It's deep and red and warm, and smells vital, in some way. Vital, and lightly spiced. Probably not blood.
You discover that someone who you trusted and was close to you is spreading personal secrets and vile lies behind your back to your friends and family. Bold of them, since you know an equal amount about them--but hurtful, because you thought you valued and respected each other. What do you do?
- Confront the person privately, asking their reasons for doing this. Probably, they're hurt and insecure and lashing out in an immature way. Anyway, it's smartest to stop this sort of thing at its source.
- Bold, indeed. But they're not a match for you. Destroy them.
- Who cares about them. Seriously. You don't have time to worry about petty stuff like that.
- You trust your friends to have your back"”but if this former friend wants an enemy, they have one! Next time you'll see them you'll confront them in a big way. Still, you don't concern yourself with it, more than the occasional sadness and confusion over losing a friend.
- Write them a message detailing your disappointment and displeasure and how it would really be in their best interests to stop"”because you're better at that game then they are.
- Laugh it off with your friends, turning that former friend into an object of ridicule. If they continue, only then will you spend enough energy to quickly and effectively cut them out of your circles. What a joke!
Another of your dear old friends has been going through a rough patch lately. How do you cheer them up?
- Spend time with them or speak to them, but don't bring up their troubles unless they do. Just assure them with your presence and support that you're there if they need you, but you trust them to solve their own problems.
- Empathize with them"”you maybe know how they feel, and can help them move along like you have.
- Send or bring them fun little gifts and surprises, like their favourite food, or tickets to a new movie. Make them feel like their problems aren't so big.
- You'd arrange to spend time with them. You wouldn't bring up their troubles, but you would assure them how great you think they are.
- Do something for them to make their life easier. Make them dinner, feed their pets, tidy their place. Anything to help them feel less overwhelmed.
- Distract them! Take them out, take them anywhere but where they are, rotting away in their room. You can't solve their problems, but you can make them feel better until they do. Anything else is wallowing. (Not that you don't love a good wallow.)
You are diving in a mermaid lagoon when you find an underwater cave. When you surface in it, you find a strange child in front of a fire burning blue and white and green. He congratulates you on finding him, and tells you if you breathe the copper smoke of the fire you will gain a special power. He offers you six options"”what kind of power would you choose?

- Step quickly off the road and hide. If he wants your wallet and phone, he'll have to catch you.
- Get out your phone and call a friend, giving them a loud update on where you are. Step to the side and smile as you speak and watch him as he approaches.
- Cross to the other side of the street, take strange turns to lose him. Make sure your mace, car keys, or fist is ready to go if he follows.
- Divert your route quickly to a more populated place
What is your ideal place to live?
- Some kind of place that can double as a sort of lair, where you can do all your projects. Something Batcave-esque.
- You haven't given it much thought, actually"”if you were handed one, you might want it to be one of those insane impossible ones like the houses carved into cliffsides or those tiny houses you can take anywhere.
- A snug warm cabin high in the mountains, where you can be alone with your thoughts (and maybe a few select loved ones).
- A large cozy house in the countryside, with room for friends, family, pets--anything you'd like.
- A renovated castle, or huge gothic mansion. Practicality doesn't really concern you.
- A nice apartment in a large and culturally significant city.

Neverland is a dangerous place. Choose your weapon:
- A rapier. A nice one. So nice it seems like it's for show, but it, you know, gets the job done.
