Oi, Vekete. The reason Eggman/Robotnik can't beat Sonic is because of his constant exposure to Chaos Energy. This has caused Sonic to become a living 'unpredictability', the embodiment of Chaos. Therefore he is impossible to prepare for. So don't worry about it, Eggman went insane before HE figured it out, and he's a goddamn genius. Chill.
