I did this as an OC who is a serial killer who makes masks out of others faces in order to cover up his own. Now he can paint them in. More creative ways to use paint is too simply make paint weapons like Power from chainsaw man makes blood weapons. It could also be used like Hardening. And I imagine the Hardened paint sidekicks could also end up looking like clones of yourself. Very versatile and useful quirk for this guy.
