Kittens all u have to do is study your powers if u r snow fairy think about going outside when it is really cold or maybe talking to a ice fairy.If your nature maybe start going outside before it starts to snow.If your waves start .Head to maybe a bathroom and stroke back and fourth.Once u become a master of your element u will slowly grow wings.Soon u can start flying and from there you will see all fairies.The last stage is to maybe marry a sparrow man or start a new life in the fairy realm.
