  1. Dear Diary, Something strange happened today. At least I think something did. I was at the park when....
  2. It was going to rain. I sighed and put my book back in my bag. I loved coming to the park. It is so peaceful here. A very inspirational place. I stood up and dusted off the back of my jeans. After making sure my bag was secure I stared for Home. I was halfway across the park when I saw them.
  3. A beautiful family. Not as in they had Beautiful features, but maybe the loved, the aroua around them in a sense made me stop and watch them. There was a 5-6 year-old girl, a 16-17 year-old boy, and thier parents. They were throwing some seeds to some ducks. A drop of water splashed on the back of my hand. Time to go. I was just at the gate when I got struck by lightning. At least I thought I was. There was a flash of light around and on top of me and a crack of thunder right on top of me.
  4. I kept waiting for the shock to come but nothing happened. I continue to walk. As soon as I got to our apartment, I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. My hair wasn't standing up. I ran the water and thrust my hand underneath it. No shock. I must be going crazy. I walked over to the kitchen and started dinner. My parents got home late every night execpt Sundays and Saturdays. I loved the weekends. I loved being able to spend time with my family. After I got that started I got ut my cell phone and texted Libby.
  5. ....Libby said not to worry about it but I dont know. Its giving me the creeps. No more comic books before bed. (Not that I read them anyway hehe) Guess what Mom got home early today! And that isn't the only part, she got promoted! Now she has Fridays off! I can't believe it! It is SOO Awesome! She says we will celebrate on Saturday with Daddy. I can't wait! well goodnight!   6. *next morning* Something is wrong. Okay last night I had a dream about that family at the park and this morning when I woke up I'm different. I don't know how to explain it. My hands when I put them under the light they glow or something. I can't see! Something is strange. I have to go to school. I will have to ask Libby if I look different. But I am seriously creeped out about this. Later, Alex.
  7. I walked up the stairs of Cliffman High. The bell rang, I was late. I ran to my first class and sat down next to Libby. She gave me a quick smile before Mr. Berman started his lecture. I would have to wait till lunch to ask Libby.
  8. *At Lunch* I sat down and waited for Libby at our table. We always sit here. 3 minuetes after I sat down Libby sat next to me. "Hey Alex anymore 'unusal' visions lately?" "Oh be quiet." I told her. "But yeah there has been something. I felt weird this morning and I think my hand glowed. Do I look weird or different to you?" She looked at me and shook her head. "Maybe your are getting sick. You should go to the ER." Her eyes got wide as she said that. I shook my head and ate my sandwich maybe I was getting sick.
  9. *Next day* Dear Dairy. Something is seriously wrong. I do feel sick, just a healthy sick? I don't know what to do! Libby is no help. I am staying home today. It is Saturday so no school. But I don't know what Mom has in mind to celebrate her promotion. I hope nothing to elebrate. Later, Alex.
