The Amulet part 4

Finally-the next Amulet quiz is here. You'll learn more about your captors' kind and their enemy-no, make that plural, because one of their other enemies(not the Conquerors) shows up right here!!!

Recap-you and the other dudes see that you all have to pass the Forest of Death to get to the next challenge. It's filled with dangerous spells and blah blah and they ask you if you want to go.   1. You have chosen 'of course' for the previous quiz, because they had asked you if you wanted to come. They didn't jump forward and hug you or anything like that, they just stayed where they were, and smiled softly."That was a brave descision you have made, Eva,"they whispered, though you can hear the mockingness in their voices."You must train for a little while longer, and then, we may begin our journey through the Forest of Death."
  2. You have totally misunderstood what they meant by 'little while.'You trained for at least three weeks, and no breaks on weekends! You are really mad with them at the end of the third week, when you've FINALLY finished training. You are following them on their way to their room and blabbering,"You big dumba**es! Little while? You call three weeks a little while?! Goddamn all of you you darned-"you stopped as they turned to face you with their usually calm expressions blazing a little. You slunk back, nervous. When you were training and you couldn't aim the arrows right for the bajillionth time, they made you run ten laps on a bed made of razor-sharp spikes. You were surprised you were even alive after that. Anyway, you slouched back. They smiled abruptly."Eva? Would you like to start the journey?" they asked.
  3. You said yes. Suddenly, the mansion around you dissappeared and a dark forest surrounded you. You could immediately sense evil and death(hence the name). The dead trees rattled like skeletons in the ghostly howls of the wind. There was no sunlight, just pitch blackness. You cursed yourself for not bringing a flashlight."You do not need a flashlight, Eva,"said the boys suddenly, making you jump. They chuckled."We can see better in the dark than we do in light." They held onto both your arms and pulled you gently into the forest. Once you've traveled a few meters, you are smothered in darkness. You had the most horrible feeling that you may not come back alive.
  4. After at least two hours of twisting through the endless forest, you asked,"Guys?" "Yes?" "Can you tell me more about where you all come from?" There was a slight pause. Then, they started speaking.
  5. "There are two big groups called the Blacks and the Whites. The Blacks are the good people and the Whites are the bad ones. They both look and dress exactly like eachother, but there's only one difference-the Whites have white hair, and the Blacks have black hair. The Blacks own the realms of the Vampires, Werewolves, Elves, Dragons, Mermaids, and Animals. The Animals, in case you do not know, are like human beings-however, they are a hybrid of an animal. So, they have the power of the animal, and they act like them."
  6. "We suppose you know what symmetry is," they continued."Uh, yeah, duh," you answered."Good. The Blacks and the Whites are symmetrical. They own the same realms-however, they are the evil kinds. Actually, we have to tell you, we own an amulet with half the powers of the Universe. They own the other half." "Did you guys lie to me?"you shriek.
  7. They continued as if they hadn't heard you."War has been going on for ages between us, the Blacks, and the Whites. We wanted to own both of the amulets for all the power in the Universe will belong to us-or them."
  8. "Where does the Conquerors come into this?"you ask."Ah. They stole both amulets. It is now a race between both groups. Whichever group steals both amulets from the Conquerors owns both of them, and gets power over the whole Universe."
  9. You are dumbfounded. You allow yourself to be dragged along until a bright light illuminated the forest. The light slowly grew dimmer, and in its place were four boys.
  10. The boys looked exactly like eachother-except the boys who just appeared had WHITE HAIR!!! You gasp, but they didn't seem to hear you. They were staring at eachother intently, their expressions dangerously calm. The Whites spoke first."We think that you are journeying to find the amulets. Are we right?" "Yes, you certainly are. You are doing the same, are you not?" The Blacks(your captors) replied. You were amazed at how polite they were to one another, even though they were arch enemies! Suddenly, the Whites turn to face you."And we consider that this is Eva Robinson, or rather, the Conqueror's granddaughter?" "Yes, you are right, now please, let us go-ah, we have forgotten. We must not leave without a fight, isn't that right?" "Yes, you are," the Whites answered. They straightened, getting ready to fight."Whoever wins the fight shall have the girl," the Whites declared."We are ready," the Blacks replied. The fight had begun.

  12. Everything was a blur after that. You huddled underneath a tree as loud, defeaning roars of rage and hate filled the air. Waves of fire, water, earth, and air destroyed the dead trees around them. Gravity(space), decaying bodies(time), whispering ghosts(spirit) and swords(luck) crushed people to the ground.
