The Continuing Education Division is committed to providing programs and activities to enhance social, cultural, economic, and leadership growth, as well as enhance the quality of life of the citizens, the community, and the state. These programs are designed to provide basic education for Grades 1-8 for adults; to provide high school courses of study opportunities in preparation for a high school equivalency certificate; to provide cultural and community service programs; and to provide upgrading and vocational courses designed to prepare students for new jobs or allow them to perform better in their present job.
Occupational Extension: A refund shall be made only under the following circumstances: 1) A 100 percent refund shall be made if the student officially withdraws prior to the first day of the class(es). 2) For membership hour classes, a 75 percent refund shall be made upon the written request of the student if the student officially withdraws prior to the 10 percent point of the class(es). 3) For contact hour classes, a 75 percent refund shall be made if the student officially withdraws within 10 calendar days from the first day of the class(es).
