What should I do about overpopulation?

More natural disasters: tsunamis floods and earthquakes
Astronomical catastrophe e.g meteorite hitting overpopulated areas
Make fertility issues even more common
All or a mixture of above
Do nothing and let them keep multiplying until there's no space left and they destroy their own quality of life
Let them solve it themselves e.g having less children and adopting
