I was wondering what others thought about this. I'm not talking about people who forgot to pay for something but people with stuff in their pockets. Or people who go into other's cars and homes. Maybe if they knew they would be publicly embarrassed they would think twice. Maybe the public could pay a small fee to watch and that money goes to help the community.
