    No, there shouldn't be any romance between Harry and Blackwell, neither with Ron. Make it a love triangle or like this: Harry likes her, Ron likes her, she likes Draco, Draco likes (some one else)...

    Or, well make it that everyone has got feelings for each other, they'll sort out later ;)
