  • My ex broke up with me a little while back and I still love him and idk if I'll ever fully get over him, but I'm at the point where I can see someone cute and interesting/fun and comfortably think about asking them on a date, but at the same time thinking about it and actually doing it are two different things(not to mention social anxiety). Anyways I have this friend and we've known each other awhile but have only really gotten close this year. And now I'm starting to think I might like her but I can't tell if I'm just lonely and want something with someone, or if I'm just telling myself I like her to get over my ex, or if it's just that we're getting closer now, or if I genuinely like her. She's also good friends with both me and my ex so when if I did like her idk if I could do anything because it'd cause a lot of drama and I don't want to come between her friendship with my ex or ruin my friendship with her. But we also flirt a lot, as a joke but idk if it's fully a joke. I'm just really confused, but I think I like her.

  • Bro though. I mean....... he's nice. Too nice. He's very nice but I mean he's also very sarcastic and honestly I don't think he likes me in general. Nevermind I lied he smiles at me all the time and it's a little scary. I mean he's never smiled at me until he found out that we like the same movie and show ever since I accidentally did a fight me motion at him he's been suspiciously nice and smiles at me all the time, he even gave me a kicking lesson and when I almost fell he laughed and mimicked me and said " we'll have to call an ambulance to help her if she falls" and he just started laughing really hard. Does that make him mean??? I don't think it does. I mean we joke around a lot and ok yeah his joking isn't that nice but he's really obvious that he's joking. Also he mocked me a lot.

  • I got crush. Ive been friends with my best friend for a couple months since we started at our new school. As long as I can remember weve joked about being side-hoes, wives, dating etc. and constantly call each other out with thats gay. some friends have similar jokes but ours is a consistent daily joke to where it doesnt seem like a joke. Recently, two of our other close friends have confessed to each other and its made me think about dating a lot. I havent had a real crush in a while and felt boring because of it. Now Ive been thinking about my friend a lot and weve both said how our energy drops when the other leaves. Weve become extremely close over only a little bit of time and I just cant tell if this is a sudden thought because love is in the air or if Ive always felt this way. Constantly things are reminding me of her and it feels like shes the i my one I feel truly comfortable with lately. I dont want to mess up our friendship so I really need to know, am I overthinking this and looking for a crush just because of my lack of one, or is this real?

  • So I have a friend named Lucas and I have a crush on him and he has no idea!!!!!! So it also said it was the love bug thing??? Idk what that means but....... I still really love him and its not romantic or anything. Its just a friendship. We've never been that close I still you know, care about his safety and lots of other things. I wish we were close.   • Ok so, I've known this guy at my church for 3 years. We've been best friends for a year now. This past spring (2015) I developed a crush. I told his younger sis (1 of my friends) that I liked him. A week later we were playing hide-n-seek in the dark. I went and hid with himand since I couldn't see him I said "I've wanted to tell you this for awhile now-" He interupts " I know, you like me" Anyhow in October my youth group went 2 the movies. 1 of my friends asked, if i still liked him. I said I'd have 2 think bout it. After the movie I said "not anymore." It got back to te 1 I like and so ya. But I love him.

  • There's this friend I've known since elementrary school, our moms were best friends, they had kids in the same year, (me and said person).

    It kind of feels like this person keeps on leaving and re entering my life when I least expect it. We were in k5 and 1rst grade together, they skip up a grade. I see them sometimes in the school.

    They leave elementrary. Somehow we meet in my middle school math class, because this person snuck in and is eating the math teacher's puppy chow. It's like, WHAT ARE U DOING HERE, and we somehow get along. We're more like aquaintances though. They leave to a different highschool, I'm not thinking I'm going to see them ever again.

    Then I somehow meet them again in highschool and we end up in the same band out side of school just randomly, have fun, talk alot. Hang out at band practice.

    I leave high school.

    One year later I'm playing for my band at this great concert venue, and this person is there watching. As they were once a part of the band too, they visit with the group, but then approach me, (who is on the otherside of the stage fiddling with an instrument) They start talking to me and Then they ask me if I have their phone number. I'm like, uhhhh I don't think so. Then I check and it TURNS OUT I had this person's phone number for years and just FORGOT ABOUT IT.

    Anyways. After that we start hanging out more. And I realize I really get along with this person, they're fun and really talkative and I feel like I can talk about anything. And that I can't stop really thinking about them. It kind of feels like a best friend even though we only just really met for the first time in a while, it just feels like DANG cuz DANG. I REALLY feel comfortable with this person. And that kind of scares me. And that also makes me realize that-- I probably have a crush on this person.

    I've never felt this comfortable right away with a crush before. And It's scary. And I'm wondering if they like me back. And also I usually only date women but this

  • i went to grade skl w this girl and never really talked since she was a grade below and we simply never had a class together. she was friends w one of my friends who was also a year younger but we never hung out all together too much, i, again, never really met her, just awkward eye contact from across the crowd. hs comes around, i think i'll never see her again and she'll go to the other hs in town, but no. she comes to mine and we're in the same class for an elective, which is mostly group work so we happen to be in a lot of the same groups. for a project i get her snap for a gc and we then message privately, mainly skl stuff but sometimes to joke about certain people like teachers i had in gr 9. or even across the room well airdrop memes and just joking pictures or whatever. idk, i definitely feel very conflicted between friend or innocent crush, and if it's reciprocated, but there's definitely something there. someone help, please?

She told me she could grow feelings for me over time and i still love her a lot, (we are both girls, im non binary, pansexual.) we have been friends for 4 years and i love her a lot. i wish that one day she will have feelings for me.   • Well I broke up with my crush cos I was very stressed and one of our teachers said to eliminate distractions if you wanna get good grades so I broke up with him, it wasn't easy and he hasn't dated another girl since and I haven't dated another boy, and the thing with him is hes a bit of a homy hopper, but im the only girl he wanted to kiss and wanted to do stuff with and who called a cutie and texted till dawn, but the thing is everyone said I broke him and he wouldn't talk to me no matter how hard I tried to be friends, he wouldn't come near me and when we finally had a convo he didnt even look at me. and last time I asked for another chance he said he just needed time, so I gave him like 3 months, and now he said theres a really good chance we could give it another shot, and im super exited, BUT the thing is one of my friends lets call her Kate, so Kate added him on snap cos i asked her to so she could talk about me to him and he changes the subject everytime and always talks about her (they dont even know each other) and she assures me that she would never date him but I cant get it out of my head that he likes her and I know im being jealous and it was my fault for dumping him. but I dont know what to do.
