Not sure if you have updated this quiz since these other comments, but they are all correct except for the obstruction question. First of all, awarding bases is a judgement call so you can't say it's wrong for awarding home, even though I know what you're getting at.
The correct way to administer that play is to award home because the runner was clearly attempted to make the turn. You have to give the offense the benefit of the doubt because it's the defense's infraction that you're fixing.

A lot of these answers are incorrect - especially #6. The infield fly rule cannot be used when there are only runners on first and third. There must be a force-out on third (and less than 2 outs) for that rule to apply.
