Welcome to our new and improved website launched just in time for the new school year. As you will see we have been working hard through the summer to improve our service wherever possible. Please take a few minutes to become familiar with the new website where you will soon be able to place orders, leave feedback, access menus and stay informed of upcoming events.

Welcome back to another school year. As the stresses of buying new uniforms and getting fitted for shoes start to fade and the school run becomes your daily routine we're here waiting to solve the problem of a small but troublesome task of each day - the dreaded packed lunch! So far a huge difficulty for us was communicating with parents. Our new and improved website will help to keep you informed of our service and hopefully give you a little insight as to how hard we work to not only improve the health of todays children but also change the way in which they see food and the environment around them.   1. Fruit juice and baked beans count as one portion of your fruit and vegetable intake.
  2. If I eat lots of fruit I don't need to eat any vegetables.
  3. Your fruit and vegetable intake must come from fresh fruit and vegetables only.

  9. Sunlight is a source of vitamin D.
  10. A diet containing an adequate amount of calcium and vitamin D will help prevent against osteoporosis.
