  • looks like i got smelly, can anyone offer me some advice on what to do, i do not wear deodorant and am told I should so im looking into that. another question is showering once a week enough, im 14 and thats what ive been doing for the longest time.

    • Yes, you should wear deodorant at night. Plus, there's two types of shower- A body shower and head-to-toe where you also wash your hair. I suggest getting a body shower everyday and doing a head-to-toe shower/bath twice a week. And yeah, it's very important to trim nails, brush your hair and apply sunscreen.
