Guess what?? Self harming yourself isn't a trend or a personality type! Wow! What a surprise! Stop normalizing and turning self injury into a side effect of "emo." Which, by the way, isn't a real word. The only dictionary that contains it defines it as a genre of music. Stop shoving people into boxes and taking advantage of confused people with depression. Personally, I find this quiz disgusting.

I like this quiz. I got 95 percent emo. I am certain im not a poser cuz in my room when im alone I still listen to the same music I do on the bus for school and stuff. and I don't know if im getting the haircut yet cuz my moms ok with it but im scared they will mess it up:( but I part it to the side everyday. ya some people ask me at school if im emo and I will say something like "im just me" . so ya I don't hate my life most of the time but when I do I don't express it in such exotic ways like cutting. I write my feeling and sometimes poems but not often with poems.Just to let the cretor of the quiz, im not being rude just letting u know, emo stands for emotional hardcore :) just everyone if you got poser its ok being emo just isn't who you are. If you need to take a test to see of you're "emo" then you are automatically a poser. Nobody is "emo". Stop stereo typing yourself, that's what makes you get harassed. People call me "emo" and Goth all the time. I'm not into the sub-culture of Goth, so you know what I do? I correct them. You should to. Because you look stupid to anybody who has the same style ad you, when you say you're emo.

don't label yourself emo because if you do that, your original. Be wild and have your own style. Emo is a music type so a person cant really be "emo". I label myself "im just me" and that goes for evryone
