Speed does not equal power, not in the slightest. If it did, then why does heavyweight boxers hit much harder and slower than lightweights? Power comes entirely from mass, strength, technique and density. A truck hits harder than a sports car, even when traveling slower. A bear packs much more of a punch than a cheetah. A sledgehammer hits much harder than a whippet, and generates more force than a bullet (although a bullet is still more dangerous simply because it is like a needle, very small surface area). George Foreman was one of the slowest but also most powerful boxers of all time.
