:( that hurt alot chickens are extrordinary they aren't dumb, they are just like cows, because they're farm animals they don't know what will happen to them. Besides they are small and helpless the best option is to flee. That's not dumb nor unpopular its called knowledge. Chickens can be brave by killing (pecking at it) an eagle. Its happened at my cousins farm. Although Blue cheese died. Cream cheese is thriving well.
