Next onto the last reason #5 They're bland and boring. Meh, I heard of more bland and boring boy bands. At times I do find myself going "yeah okay that song was kind of bland" with them. But not every song they have is boring. Besides I know very little about them so I don't have the best grounds to critique thier songs because I'm not an expert on their genre. Anyways, I'll let the fans be the judges on their songs, they know WAY more about them than I ever will. Although I do know that one of the guys named Harry likes Tacos. I heard that from another girl so I could be wrong but, yeah that's all I really know. I hope this clears up some of the arguments about why people hate them. Personally I don't, they're okay and they're not damaging the teenage masses like other things I very much despise with the burning hatred of a thousand suns. I could list them all but I'm pretty sure you guys wouldn't like to hear me rant about failures. Yes, I know some of the things on my list are celebrites and I know I should respect them for making their audience happy. But there's a very fine line between making the masses happy, and destroying the intellect of millions of teenagers worldwide with damaging messages and horrible influences. If I hate a celebrity, it's because their stupidity is being praised. That's the ONLY reason I would bother hating someone I barely know. Okay I think I'm done here. Good for Aria to make this quiz, and I do fully support the messages she's talking about. I hope this clears up some confusion and that's all I got. Peace out everyone!

People would prefer a band to form naturally and gel together from playing because they're friends and not random people put together. That's one reason OTHER people hate 1D. Just to remind you all I don't hate 1D. Okay moving onto reason #2 They're only popular because of their looks. Okay this was true with the Jonas brothers (for anyone who likes the Jonas brothers I'm terribly sorry but I CAN'T STAND THEM. Just my opinion, I'm sure you like them for whatever reason and that's great, that's why we all have different opinions, don't bash me for mine) However I don't really think it's the case with this boy band because they were on a talent show and they were being judged by some of the most experienced people in the song biz. Although if I had to be honest, I think their looks did help them get publicity. They're still talented and all but... I mean come on these guys are practically models, it obviously helped them with their appeal. Okay I'm going onto reson #3 They're getting way too much annoying publicity. I disagree, I've only heard their songs three times on the radio, I never see any posters of them, and I've only seen them on T.V once. I don't see them everywhere, I don't hear them everywhere, I'm not receiving annoying publicity by them. In all honesty though I think their fans are their publicity, I listen to girls talk about them all the time and talk about concerts they went to and which one's their favourite. I find it interesting they get most of their publicity from word of mouth, which is the way it should be. I respect them for that, those guys know how to reach to their audience without showing up on T.V every five seconds. Kudos to them for that. Okay one other reason is #4 It's just another stupid boy band. Oooookay, I don't think they're stupid. they seem alright and the songs that they have (or at least the ones I've heard) do have meaning and they spread a good message. I don't think they're stupid. My thoughs on this are they wanted to be famous , there choice. Being famous means your gonna get horrible and nasty text messages or just on social networking sites. I must say I really don't like Justin beiber but for this point in time i must stick up for him all of my friends are MASSIVE haters and here in England 9/10 of my friends hate hate hate him and they take posters of him they buy and draw all over them then take pictures and send them to everyone they know making the picture viral . That must hurt his feelings . Also with one direction just me or are they. Too young ?? There still only chirldren and there now full time Celebes ! The one I feel truly sorry for is neiall the others can say there the worst done by but Niall gets terrible stuff written about him

What is the world coming to? - Well what I'm thinking right now is that this world would go on forever, or mayeb change which is doubtful, or will come to two endings, 1. Stupid money will get in the way and all the pathetic unwise ignorant humans (all humans correction, and myself and you) will come to an end, 2. because of global warming. Do you like the way it is now, or the way it was before? - Well, surprisingly now. I mean, it always been like this. If we get a refresh start it will still end up as horrible it is now because humans are just humans. And if we go by the rules somehow then remember there will always be a positive and negative reaction to the action. I mean that would end up with: what happened to living your lif to the fullest. Do you like that children are abused, bullied, etc?- Well obviously no but it is what it is. And if someone said i have the ability to time travel and correct the past or the future i would immiedently not even think once on doing it. But thats immposible because we can't do that. But i would still hate in living in a world of all peace because that would be disgusting. xxblutixx brought to my attention that some people on gotoquiz forums are BASHING One Direction really bad without good reasons. - Well it's like the twilight series or something. It's three things why they do this: 1. They do it for their pathetic ego withought noticing. 2. They are afriad on saying they like it for fitting in 3. They are blind, unwise, judgmental, and stupid, andpathestic, and mean, and... don't even get me started. But i am infact not obesesed with 1D like my BFF but ... actually correction, i do not love them as much as my BFF or any other crazed fan. But i do like their music though...

Though you focused on One Direction, the message is universal. Boy bands don't mean that they're gay, and, if they are, who cares? People need to stop being so judgemental over little things that mean virtually nothing. These people, these celebrities may not be "common people" because of their fame and money etc., but they should be treated the same. If they're good people, treat them with respect. If they're jerks, then don't deal with them. Don't rip them apart just because they put themselves out there.

People shouldn't bully others because of what they look like,and actually they shouldn't bully them AT ALL.People say Justin Bieber is gay,but he's not and people hate him cuz they say he's a bad singer,but he's not really.He's just a boy making his dreams come true.Doing what we ALL should do. And PLEASE,people.Teasi ng Harry Styles because of his hair?! It's curly,we get it.And actually it doesn't look that bad.

Well, I agree that One Direction wouldn't be one of my top bands. But I would also say that there is way too much bate going against them, seriously, nobody deserves that! Oh well, Haters gonna hate I guess.

Yeah people shouldn't not like them for no reason!! I dont hate 1D they just don't insert me. But somehow I have Tickets to see 1D. People shouldn't hate them for no reason. Don't like their music, don't listen.

I would say 'i don't like them' rather than saying 'i hate them'. Hate is a big word to mention. If you don't like them just ignore them. People only bash and talk trash about others when they are jealous.

I think that people hate 1D because they hate how obsessed people are with them. Same thing for JB. But celebrities are just like us, so it really doesn't make sense.

I'm reallly not a fan of 1D, but that doesn't mean to bash them.. I can't believe the idiots who go around saying stuff like that. *gets so angry that I explode* hehe.. Sorry..

Oh and i would like to add to the 'Do you like the way it is now, or the way it was before? ' question: and because there is more awesome tech and it's fun to say "That was sooooo yesterday" lol. :P
