These 2 abilities are closely linked so if you are able to read minds then you can control them too, and if you can control minds then you can read minds too! You are most likely to be able to read and control minds, which is a very powerful ability. Reading minds also involves being able to feel other people's emotions and seeing or feeling the aura.
