83% Bristolian not bad Proper Bristolian as spoke by older Bristolians is fast dissappearing words like "Cas,nt Dis,nt Has,nt Bis,nt are fast disappearing from everyday Bristolian and being replaced by words that are just slurred. Although saying that the adding the adding the "AL " to words such as Wheelbarral Cortinal Marinal Areal still happpens. And my all time favourite "A grey tide eel " still manages to confuse all those not familiar to the spoken word of the "Land of Gert"

Some odd questions! Why ask about Wales for instance? How about a few difficult ones like...Where's the Milnes culvert? What's odd about the Temple Church? What smell do you associate with Broadmead? or Netham Lock? What's the New Cut? Where's the Brunel Swing Bridge? What rivers meet at Bristol? How did the 'Great Britain' arrive in Bristol?

Born here and lived here most of my life. I got the answers right, know where banjo island is etc but am not wanker by getting 33% because I would choose Monaco instead of Clifton or do not have an accent. The problem with many Bristol people is that they are up their own arse and never lived anywhere better, so know no better.

Someone told me he knew I was Bristolian because I called Brunel's bridge "the suspension bridge" not Clifton suspension bridge. Maybe "the Downs" as opposed to Durdham, Bristol or Clifton Downs, is another clue.
