Splatoon has a lot, but let me talk about this-
The way people write agent 8.

Look, I don't have an issue with childish, innocent characters.
My problems start when people apply these traits to AGENT-f---ing-8 -
You know, the girl that survived at minimum 2 encounters with AGENT 3, and in one instance, WON?
(And before you say anything, I use "girl" because I've only ever seen this trope with Female Agent 8.) -
not to mention that 8 is a TRAINED [former] SOLDIER.
Probably the same age as 3 or 4, but even more likely, far more trained, since, correct me if I'm wrong, the Octarian army enlisted child soldiers.
