I was wonder in if you know any games that are like Child Of Light that are available on the Xbox 1 which aren't super expensive?
If you don't know what that is I'm asking if you know any games with a good storyline with fighting elements in it. And if you don't mind, could you tell me the plot of the game you're suggesting? -
Child of Light is amazing. You'll have a hard time finding something as good.
Transistor is good, I don't know if it's on xbox (I have ps4). Transistor is about a singer named Red who had an attempt on her life and when she wakes up the world isn't the same. Everybody is gone and she's all alone. Or she'd like to be, but she's not. While she was out cold, the same digital system that supported society, The Process, ran amok and began to purge the city. That was a little summary.
The game is turn based, but the turns play out like a strategy rpg/ action rpg hybrid. When the turn guage isn't full, Red can run around and attack while the enemies are doing the same. Activating turn freezes the enemies and allows the player to plan a whole turn. Your actions are called functions and have many different effects, for example, there's one called Jaunt, that lets you do a damaging dash through enemies to evade them, but if you pair it with one called Switch, when you Jaunt through the enemy they temporarily become your friend and attack the other enemies. -
