Viverrinus Newbieah. So there are multiple different ways you can do that.
One is by clicking on the username you want to send a message to and clicking "Send private message."
Or you can click the text that says "_ new messages" and it will take you to your pms. There, you can start a new one and add the username.
I don't know if you can send a message yet, though. it's been a long time since I joined, but I think i remeber not being able to send a message until my first forum post was verified or something. -
