  sorry for bothering you but can i get a great system to run games on ultra setting above 30 fps?
  
  i already play under 30 fps between 0 till 20 fps
  
  i just had enough of it and got major problems { specially mentally}
  
  i wanted to buy ps4 but my dad does not agree with it
  
  i got 330 dollars. so a pc gaming?
