Where would you like it to be and why?
MY CHOICE:
SUMMERSET ISLES
I myself think it should be for two possibilities:
A) A civil war in the Aldmeri Dominion itself that has caused the once beautiful isle to starve and, due to the battles, the isle is now stained with the blood of hundreds. The two sides of the Aldmeri Dominion are getting desperate, and are staring to hire mercenaries and buy slaves to fight. Your character will be an unlucky slave that must escape before the mass suicide of war.
B) The Aldmeri Dominion is having problems. One stands out more than most: The Dark Brotherhood. The assassins have started murdering the highest members of the Dominion. The Dominion finally realize what is happening and start setting traps for the assassins. This all starts an all out war. The Brotherhood, being outnumbered, starts capturing slaves and send the slaves in to trigger the traps first, sparing many assassins. You are one of the slaves sent in before an assassin.
