Like the game where the boy is searching for his sister and he goes through all those puzzle type things and some of it just pisses you off?

I've seen playthroughs of it.

I've played it and I've got to say, it's quite creepy. It doesn't resort to cheap jump-scares but instead focuses on the silent environment. I actually had a lot of fun (I torrented it) with it. The ending confused me though.

Timothy: I thought it was creepy too. I know that's what makes it even cooler! It's lots of fun, I haven't finished it yet though.
