I want to take some type of self defense thing, but I don't know the difference between these and what you do for them. :I

Kung fu, karate, and Tae Kwon do are all martial arts. I don't think there's an individual one called 'martial arts'...unless I've been living under a rock. Which is possible.
I know there is a difference, but I don't really know how to describe it. I'll ask my boyfriend and get back to you *he's in tae kwon do, he'll probably know.* -

Well that's understandable seeing as that's your username. I've become so used to my friend calling me "Benanna", pronounced Banana, that I respond to it. *;-;* It's kinda embarassing.

I find it a little annoying because my family used to call me banana and it annoyed me. If I had to choose between my two nicknames, I find the other name cuter than Benanna.
