Yes.
I’ve been snacking around a lot, which I’m going to stop starting tonight.
I realized that I’ve been pretty hungry recently even after eating dinner, so I’m trying to eat things that are low calories but are still filling. I’m really hoping to get a tinyyyy bit skinnier. Also gonna do some kinda exercise that I enjoy.
Ngl, I have a slight belly 👁👄👁
So I’ma eat H.E.A.L.T.H.Y. until I feel better 😌 -
Something I would recommend: If you've eaten your meal and you're unsure whether you should have another helping or not, have some vegetables.
