Thread Topic: Advice needed!

I physically can't do push ups, sit ups, etc. I've tried daily routines, but they were always so difficult.. and I've given up on them every time.
Is there a combination of diet and daily work outs that can help build general muscle strength, maybe specifically arm strength? Pls share your secrets! -
you should try yoga or taking walks
-
Any specific yoga poses, or just general ones?
-
I usually watch guided yoga videos on youtube. I suggest starting with ones labeled beginner.
-
Id also recommend getting small hand weights (2/5 pouds) and using them while you walk. This can improve arm strength

make sure you eat plenty of protein. i think thats the most important diet thing.
for pushups start doing them against a wall, then after a while you can move on to doing them against a table, then on your knees, then full pushups. over a few months.
make sure that you're doing as many pushups as you can each time because you're not building any muscle until your arms are really burning.
for situps do crunches and leg lifts if you can. just try to get your shoulder blades off the floor with the crunches. also try doing planks for as long as you can.
generally yoga helps more with flexibility than strength so keep that in mind -
Ty guys for the advice 🙏
I guess I'll start today even though I don't want to bc new month = best time to start routines -
