SAINTMOTEL NewbieBoth my general practitioner and my father have pushed me to start exercising, and I finally found a routine I like. I'm not overweight, I'm actually dangerously close to being underweight, so I don't have any fat to burn. Instead I'm trying to get rid of my hip dips and refine my figure, as well as tone my legs.
Below is my personal routine, mostly for my own reference, but maybe once I'm a junior I'll post progress pictures and those interested in pursuing a similar figure can replicate it to their own needs.
20x Side Lunges (Each leg)
20x Leg Lifts (Each Leg)
20x Squats
20x Fire Hydrants (Each leg)
20x Lunges
The entire routine takes less than ten minutes. I'm trying to do it at least six times a week, originally I was going for twice a day, ever day, but because of my weight, I had to cut back. I'm also walking more, which is important. -
thats good! i like the progress. i need to implement this into my routine (one day)
