I was diagnosed with Recurrent Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder. and Social Anxiety Disorder (The fancy terms, I know.) in May of this year. I had treatment in a mental hospital in June of this year due to suicidal idiation, suicidal tendencies, and unhealthy coping mechanisms. I have been on Lexapro and Zoloft, both of which have brought on side effects of extreme drowsiness, increased suicidality, insomnia, dizziness, nausea, weight loss, inability to eat, and the list goes on. Those two medications have been discontinued as they have been ineffective, and I am now on Buspar which is effective but wears off very quickly.
Now onto the Endocrinology/Cardiology/Hematology part of this:
I had my blood taken at the ER. I had extremely high levels of TSH (54.5 I believe) and a low white blood cell count which indicates hyperthyroidism. I have more markers for this which are: weight loss even when eating nornally, heat intolerance, high heart rate, and (ding ding ding) mental disorders such as anxiety and depression. The most common cause of hyperthyroidism is Grave's Disease, which I could very possibly have. If this is the case (Correct me if I am wrong.), my immune system attacks my thyroid and causes it to produce excessive thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH).
Because of my high heart rate and my upcoming Endocrinology appointment in just two weeks from today, I have been tracking my heart rate and have found a pattern with my heart. (Keep in mind and correct me if I am wrong again, a healthy resting heart rate sits around the 60's to 70's for most people.) Link:
Big question I have been leading up to: Could this chart indicate an underlying heart problem with the general pattern of it increasing and decreasing in this manner? -
Apologies

We aren't doctors. We can't say anything about this.
