I've been trying to lose weight, but I'm gaining. I don't know why. I exercise daily for a hour a day. I'm on a healthy diet as well. I dance an hour a day and I cut down on food. I went from 3 meals a day to 2 meals. I also cut down on snacks. I went from 2 snacks a day to 1. Please help, I'm desprate.

How long have you been doing it? Maybe it's just not been long enough

This is the problem. Don't cut down on your meals.
You should atleast have 3 meals a day.
Don't eat too much in a meal, but try to take small servings like every 3 to 4 hours.
When you exercise your body needs resources. Cutting down on food does no good.
When your body gets tired but does not get enough food, it converts whatever nutrition it gets into fats (for future energy needs) which goes totally opposite to what is desired. -
