I have been playing tennis since I was six, my dad took me to lessons when I was in third grade for two years and didn't come back in fifth grade due to my dad doing work on my house and not having time to take me to lessons. I miss the feel of the pop when you do a volley or a forehand. Im having trouble with serving without bouncing the ball on the ground, though.

I played tennis.

For serving without bouncing the ball, throw the ball up high and a little bit out in front of you, so it's not directly above your head. Have the side of your racquet in the middle of your back, and stretch up to the ball when it's coming back down, following through. And just keep practing, you'll get there.
