I usually eat a meal every day at dinner but yesterday I was feeling bad and there wasn't anything I really wanted and there wasn't any snacksnso I just ate a couple of pieces of bread as well as cakes and biscuits and I was so hungry before I went to bed.
I felt OK when I woke up but its the time of the month as well so I felt weird because of that too and I only just ate a chicken and potatoes meal and feel in SUCH a bad mood? I didn't feel like I needed that, I felt like I wanted something wheaty such as pasta.
I feel like I've wrecked my body from skipping dinner yesterday and can't work out what I should eat (I'm hungry but don't know what I want now)
Please help?

I know somebody read this, it would have been nice for someone to reply -_-
I had a chicken sandwich later and felt a bit better -
Eat something light, something which you like very much. Drink enough water.
