  I did a warm-up in volleyball were you lay in a line, feet-head, and you have the volleyball between your ankles, and you have to lift up your legs, grab it with your wrists and put it between the ankles above your head.
  
  It was wierd, but fun. :D
  
  A fun game I played was hand-ball.
  I stink at explaining, so you can figure it out yourself. XD
