Phil nods, sipping some more tea and closing his eyes again.

Tommy exhaled softly as he leaned back against the counter, taking another sip of his tea.

Phil glances back at Tommy.
"Question for you.. Why were you outside yesterday? Alone?" -
"I was tryna find my way here," Tommy replied, glancing over at Phil, "got a bit lost. Haven't been over this way in a while."

Phil nods slowly, keeping eye contact with Tommy.
"Right.. Yeah, that makes sense, I s'pose.." -
Tommy nodded a little, his gaze lingering on Phil's before looking down at his tea.

Phil goes quiet again, sighing softly yet again.

Tommy glanced back over at Phil, narrowing his eyes a little. "What, do you expect me to spill my guts and start crying again?" He spoke bluntly, looking away after he spoke.

Phil blinks at Tommy a few times, not responding at first.
"... No. I know you well enough to know you won't. But you will have to talk about it eventually. Maybe not now, maybe not in a week or two or five. But eventually, you will talk about it so we can properly handle it." -
Tommy furrowed his brows, glaring at the floor. "Whatever," he muttered, standing and setting his cup down on the counter.

Phil sips more tea, rubbing his face a bit.

Tommy glanced back over at Phil, sighing quietly. "Sorry," he whispered, crossing his arms over his chest. He exhaled softly, rubbing the side of his face with one hand.

Phil shakes his head slowly.
"No, don't worry, it's okay. No need to apologize."
Phil pushes back his greying blonde hair, taking a deep breath -
Tommy nodded a little, looking away.

Phil sets his tea down and works on getting upright.
