“What do you mean?” George said, acting confused. “What were you hearing?”

“Nothing, just curious, considering you two practically ran into your bedroom earlier,” Sam replied, smirking at George.

“Yeah, because your mum was about to tell us her whole history of math-“ George said, rolling his eyes a little and looking back in the pantry.

“Of course she would,” Sam said, chuckling, “but I sure haven’t ever seen Clay excited to teach anyone anything, let alone math~“

“Yeah? Well-“ George paused, also grabbing a bag of cheez-its. “Well, I don’t know what to say to that-“

“Just tell me if you f---ed already, God- These walls aren’t sound-proof, y’know,” Sam teased, smirking at George.

“We literally didn’t, Sam, shut up,” George said, rolling his eyes and shutting the pantry door before turning to head back to his room.

“Well, y’all totally made out, right?” Sam asked, giggling. “I mean, I have nothing against it, just-“ She paused, exhaling. “Just be careful with Clay, alright? He’s- he can be a lot to handle, but he’s a good guy. And if you f---ing hurt him, I’ll kill you.”

“Note taken,” George said awkwardly, nodding. “And I know, he’s pretty easy to read, dude. And it’s none of your business if we f---ing made out-“ He chuckled, heading back to his room.

“But you totally were, right??” Sam asked again, giggling as she walked George walk off.

“f--- off!” George called back, walking into his room and shutting the door behind him.

Clay sat on his bed, staring at his phone intently with a panicked look on his face. “No, no, no- She wouldn’t have-“

George frowned. “What? What’s wrong?”

Clay stood and walked over, showing off his phone. A post on TikTok made by Jolie as playing and she was sat on her bed crying, speaking into the camera. “This b---- is telling everyone- everyone, that I raped her! That I- I was the one who forced her and- and her friend into bed!”
