“f--- off, I’m not paying for any of you idiots,” George said with a chuckle, crossing his arms. “Aww, cmon Georgie, you know you love us~” Nick teased as he waked in with the rest of the team.

Clay chuckled, hugging George close. “Yeah, you heard him~” He said with a small smile, kissing his boyfriend’s jaw with a smile.

George blushed, giggling quietly. “Shut up-“ “Is he embarrassing you, George?” One of the teammates teased. “Because you honestly deserve better than that-“

“Woow, you callin’ me a bad boyfriend? Shame on you, Mason,” Clay joked, chuckling softly as he hugged George closer.

“I’m just saying!” Mason said with a chuckle, holding his hands up innocently as he laughed. George rolled his eyes, leaning slightly into Clay.

“I’ll have you know, I’m a great boyfriend, thank you very much~” Clay said with a chuckle, rubbing George’s side with his thumb.

“It’s a shame it’s to a guy,” One of the teammates from before, Ryan, muttered under his breath as he scrolled through his phone. “Uh- the f--- did you just say?” Nick said, looking over at Ryan. -

Clay tensed, holding George close. Some of the other guys looked away awkwardly, not sure if they should stay out of it or jump to their defense. -

“I said it was a shame that he’s dating a guy,” Ryan spoke up. “We’re all thinking it-“ -
“So what if he’s dating a dude?” One of the guys spoke, the one who likes vanilla, moving over to Clay’s side. “If you don't like that, you can f--- off.”

“Oh, cmon, be real, guys-“ “We are, you looser,” Nick said, crossing his arms. “Yeah, seriously dude, I would shut the f--- up if I were you-“ George rolled his eyes, crossing his arms and looking away.

Clay looked down at the ground, trying not to show how nervous he was. “Yeah, just order your damn ice cream, Henry,” another guy spoke, rolling his eyes. The first guy nodded, crossing his arms and glaring at Henry.

“f--- you guys,” Ryan spat, rolling his eyes as he left. “I’m telling coach about this-“ George scoffed, glancing over at Clay. “You good?”

“Yeah, I’m okay,” Clay replied, nodding as he leaned into Clay’s side. “God, he’s such an ass,” the vanilla ice cream guy said, rolling his eyes. “If anyone’s telling Coach about this, it’s us.” His friend nodded, turning back to the menus. -
George nodded, softly sighing as he raised a hand to rub Clay’s back. “Yeah, for real,” Nick said, glaring out the window as Ryan got in his car.
