imsoclueless Senior"Mm, I like the sound of that~" Connor replied with a smile, hugging Evan close. "Guess we should start. I can go grab my bag and we can go upstairs and work."
-
Evan nodded, waiting for Connor to move away so he could hop down from the counter. “I left my bag in your room, so I’ll just head up there.”
-
Connor nodded and walked over to the front door, grabbing his bag he had dropped by his shoes. He picked it up and turned, heading off to his room.
-
Evan hopped off, throwing his and his boyfriend’s wrapper away before following Connor up the stairs and into his room. “So, what are you on? Like, what are you learning?” Evan asked, closing the door behind him.
-
"Lot of stuff with linear equations and solving inequalities," Connor replied as he walked over to his desk, grabbing his laptop. He moved to sit on the floor, setting his bag beside him and opening it up. "I just- I don't get it, I don't know why."
-
Evan laid on his stomach next to Connor, humming quietly. “Is this Algebra one, or two?”
-
"It's literally only Algebra 1- f---," Connor groaned, rubbing his face as he crossed his legs. "I hate math so much."
-
“Show me your worksheet,” Evan said, looking up at Connor. “We’ll figure it out.”
-
Connor grabbed one of his binders and opened it, handing it to Evan. "Can I not just like, copy your work or something? Or just have you do my work??" He joked, chuckling softly.
-
“f--- no, you’re understanding this stuff,it can be helpful in the future,” Evan said, opening the binder and focusing on the worksheet. “Okay, so what doesn’t click? Do you know? Or is it all of it?” He said, glancing up at the brunette.
-
"Just- All of it, honestly," Connor muttered, running a hand through his hair. He exhaled, staring down at his laptop. "I feel like such an idiot, can't even do Algebra 1."
-
“Hey, don’t worry, everyone struggles with something,” Evan said, reading over his notes and refreshing his mind on the topic. “Okay- wait, give me a second.”
-
Connor nodded, leaning over and pulling up the calculator on his laptop. He glanced over at the worksheet, trying to comprehend the first question. He stared at the math problem, reading it over multiple times, but all he could read was squiggles.
-
“Okay, so the y=mx+b sounds super fancy and is kinda stupid, in my opinion,” Evan said, looking over at Connor. “Basically, the line that goes right is equal to how steep the tall numbers go, and then there’s stragglers, the b, which you have to account for.”
(lowkey dk what i’m saying lol
could we ts?) -
(yeah, ts lol
i don't remember s--- from algebra 1, it's been 3-4 years since i've taken it xD)
"Finally," Connor muttered, rubbing his head. "I hope to God I didn't get anything wrong, because I might just cry if I do," he said with a sigh, falling backwards onto the floor.
