imsoclueless SeniorElliot hummed softly, feeling the nervousness start to take over. "So uh, what- what are you wanting from Starbucks?"

"I dunno, probably an iced mocha or something."

imsoclueless SeniorElliot nodded, glancing down to see his free hand beginning to shake. Noo, come on! I was doing just fine until now! He mentally shouted at himself, a mixture of a panicked look and an angry glare on his face as he subconsciously squeezing Havyn's hand.

Havyn looked over at him as he squeezed her hand, noticing his face. "You nervous?" She asked quietly.

imsoclueless SeniorElliot paused and nodded, his face growing red. "Yeah..." He mumbled, putting his shaky hand in his pocket. "I really don't know why, it's- it's just hand holding."

"I- I don't want to, I- I'm trying so hard to not be nervous, because I do want to hold your hand," he continued, his voice a little shaky from nerves, "I just- GAH, see?? This is what I mean by mess, I- I can't even hold hands with a girl I like-like without being scared..."

"Maybe I'm scared I'll mess everything up, maybe I'm scared that this is a mistake, or maybe I'm scared I'm not worth it, but what I am sure of," he added, pausing in place and looking at Havyn, grabbing both her hands, "is that I do really like you, and I do want to do these couple-y things with you. Even if it terrifies me, I really do~"
